Taking Back Your Power

I have come to connect that when I feel diminished or lethargic, it is a leak of energy/power that needs to be sealed. Whether the leak is coming from people in our lives who drain us, physical pain, mental worries, spiritual disconnect, etc, taking time to practice self-care—sometimes in radical form—is the best thing we can do for ourselves and our personal power.  

Today, I am choosing to take back my power by practicing self-care in the forms of connection, bubble baths, writing, good coffee and time to be alone.
