Week Two–Exercise

We are finishing up a week of learning how to incorporate exercise into our health lifestyle, and how oils can help!

I know that the most important way to keep your commitment is to find something you LOVE to do, and keeping yourself accountable! I use my planner to write down my weekly goals for myself, and my daily habits. Somehow, for me, checking things off and having a visual helps keep me accountable.

Another fun way to add doTERRA into your healthy lifestyle is there Trim Shakes. They come in several flavors and make an amazing smoothie! My personal fave is the chocolate as a nice meal replacement of snack mid afternoon.
